Vinified in cement tanks, Nebbiolo is aged for 36 months in tonneaux, Vespolina in barriques, and the rest of the ageing is done in large barrels.
Intense ruby red in colour tending towards garnet, it has an intense bouquet with aromas of violet and small red fruits.
On the palate, you can notice pleasant smoothness, structure, and good aromatic persistence. It pairs perfectly with game and roasted meats.

Vinified in cement tanks, ageing is done for 24 months in Tonneaux barrels made of Slavonian oak.
Ruby red in colour, it has a delicate spiced aroma with hints of cinnamon. On the palate, it is elegant, with a pleasant drinkability, smooth tannins, and good sapidity. Excellent with pasta dishes.

Vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks, it undergoes three months of bottle ageing.
Pale straw yellow in colour, it has an intense, fine, and delicate aroma with a clear hint of acacia flowers.
The taste is fresh and pleasant, with a less pronounced structure. Excellent with appetisers.

Vinified with brief contact between must and grape skins, then placed in autoclave using the Martinotti method to obtain a sparkling wine with persistent bubbles, fragrant on the nose with hints of strawberry. Ideal with aperitifs or fish dishes.
